Kabab Barg
Kabab Barg is a luxurious and tender Persian filet mignon skewer, marinated in saffron, onions, and lemon juice , then expertly grilled over an open flame.
Zereshk Polo
A beautifully balanced dish of fragrant basmati rice, saffron, and tart barberries (zereshk), served with tender chicken in a rich tomato and saffron sauce.
