Colbeh reminds me of my grandmother’s cooking back in Iran. The food is fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. The Kabab Barg was incredibly tender, and the Zereshk Polo had the perfect balance of sweetness and saffron aroma. The atmosphere is warm, and the hospitality is unmatched. Definitely my go-to Persian restaurant in Glasgow!
